1. Jun 2025 – Feb 2026Peer Global Inc.Lead Product Designer, independent contractorOwned onboarding and the first-time experience for an AI-companion social app: how users name and style their companion, the gamified color pick, and the companion’s progression system (user-context categories, level-ups, and a “Peer IQ” score that grows with engagement and decays over time). Also designed location-aware engagement prompts for new users, and worked directly with the CEO on product decisions, including how the app verifies business ownership.
2. Jun 2023 – Nov 2023Feeling GoodFounding DesignerRemote, for a San Francisco-based mental wellness app. Owned the core user flows (onboarding and the primary daily-use experience) and built the web and mobile design system from scratch: component libraries, tokens and governance documentation. Ran 30+ user interviews to reshape the interface, and worked with licensed psychologists to align the product with clinical requirements. Case study: pitch.com/v/feelinggood-2fwhz6.
3. Jul 2018 – Feb 2022Actabl (formerly Transcendent)Tampa, FL. B2B SaaS for hotel operations (maintenance and asset management). Owned the enterprise reporting layer used by operations leadership across the platform’s hotel clients, including Marriott and Hyatt, and designed a reusable enterprise data-grid component used across the platform’s table-heavy pages. Led design of an inventory management app for Comcast/Xfinity teams (serialized and unserialized stock) after on-site research into existing workflows, building one shared foundation for managers and field techs. Presented design strategy to executives, sales and client leadership; this work contributed to $1M+ in contracts with Marriott and Hyatt.
